Dr. Andrews calls up and asks for assistance with a boil. Claire and Shaun head downstairs to help. They learn that the boil is on her labia. Dr. Melendez talks to Dr. Andrews about the surgery. Claire and Shaun examine the patient. They learn that she gets tested for STDs every 30 days because she does Porn. Dr. Melendez is pulled aside by the patient's husband and told that he doesn't want the surgery to happen. The fetal surgery is put on hold and Melendez sends everyone home. He meets with Jessica Preston, Marcus Andrews, and Dr. Glassman to try and figure out if they're going to do the surgery. The board approves the surgery.

Claire and Jared Kalu have sex and discuss why an eighteen-year-old would do porn. Jessica and Melendez talk about the surgery tomorrow. Jessica says she's being ridiculous and that there are other ways to have children. Shaun flashes back to when he was young and his brother showed up a porn magazine. While thinking about this, he misses his stop. Lea finds him and gives him a ride home. She complains about how he's a bad neighbor and says that his honesty is refreshing. He goes to the super to give him a list of things to fix.

They tell the patient that in order to remove it they have to cut the nerve which will cause her to lose all sensation in her genitals. While in surgery, Melendez's patient goes into distress. He tells her that she had a heart attack and that they can't continue with the surgery. The husband insists on them trying again. Kalu suggests that they kill her before she kills herself since she can't have a heart attack if her hearts not beating. Shaun goes home to find everything fixed in his apartment. He goes and wakes up and the super and tells him that he didn't want him to fix the faucet.

Shaun finds a way so that the patient won't lose feeling in her genitals. Kalu and Melendez put their patient on bypass and prepare for a c-section. They manage to take the tumor off the baby.
